My Personal experience/opinion

The potential of CQ (AEM) is rivaled by its difficulty to manage. Combine that with oft sparse and/or difficult to find documentation, and it often becomes extremely difficult to manage or configure beyond the stock options. I haven't found phone/internet support to be particularly helpful in this case, so if you've been saddled with supporting this behemoth, I'd like to provide some of my personal experience in configuring some of things you may run into.
